Cancellation Policy

At DESKO, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. To maintain fast delivery times and efficient operations, we follow a clear and strict cancellation policy outlined below.

This policy applies to all purchases made through DESKO and is operated by JOROOMOC PRO LLC.

1. Cancellation Window

Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order.

To cancel, you must contact us within this time frame:

Please include your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible because your order will likely have entered processing or shipping.

2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

DESKO cannot cancel an order in the following cases:

  • If the order has already been processed
  • If the order has already been packed for shipment
  • If the order has already been shipped

Once an order is released to our warehouse or carrier, it is no longer possible to stop or reverse the shipment.

In such cases, you must receive the item first and then request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Order Modification Rules

Modifications (not cancellations) can be requested within 24 hours, including:

  • Changing your shipping address
  • Updating contact details
  • Updating order quantities
  • Switching to another product

After 24 hours, modifications are no longer possible because your order will have already entered processing.

IMPORTANT: Once an order is shipped, neither cancellations nor address changes are possible.

4. Address Errors & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Contact phone number
  • Email address

If incorrect information is submitted and the order has already shipped:

  • DESKO is not responsible for lost packages
  • DESKO cannot cancel the order
  • DESKO cannot refund due to customer address errors

You may still attempt to contact the carrier once the tracking number is available.

5. Cancellation Approval Confirmation

Once your cancellation request is reviewed, DESKO will notify you via email:

Cancellation Approved

You will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be canceled immediately.

Refund Initiated

Refunds for canceled orders are issued within 7 business days (Monday to Sunday), and banks may take some additional days to post the refund.

Cancellation Denied

If your order has already shipped or passed the processing stage, we will inform you that cancellation is not possible.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame:

  • A full refund of the order value will be issued
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7 business days (Monday to Sunday)

Shipping fees (if any were paid) are also refunded for orders canceled before processing.

7. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

Step 1—Contact us within 24 hours

Send an email or call our support team immediately.

Step 2—Provide essential order details

Include your name, order number, and reason.

Step 3—Wait for confirmation

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days (Monday to Sunday).

Step 4—Refund processing

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method.

8. Items Already Shipped

Once a package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

However, you may request a return by following our Return & Refund Policy once you receive the item.

Note: Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility.

9. Failed Delivery & Customer Unavailability

If a cancellation request is made after the order has shipped and the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the following applies:

  • The carrier may return the package to DESKO
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund
  • A refund will only be issued after the package is received back and inspected

If the package is lost due to refusal or non-collection, DESKO cannot issue a refund.

10. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection

DESKO reserves the right to:

  • Reject repeated or suspicious cancellation requests
  • Cancel fraudulent orders immediately
  • Deny cancellations if abuse of policy is detected

Repeated last-minute cancellations or misuse may lead to order restrictions.

We commit to:

  • Processing cancellation requests promptly
  • Informing customers clearly whether cancellation is possible
  • Always honoring valid cancellation requests within 24 hours
  • Providing fast and reliable refund processing

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Submitting accurate order information
  • Requesting cancellation within 24 hours
  • Monitoring their email for order updates
  • Accepting delivery if cancellation is not possible
  • Following the return process correctly if needed

Failure to meet these responsibilities may lead to delays or ineligibility for cancellations.
