Customer Support Specialist (SAV)
Location: Remote (UK/International)
Contract: Full-time – Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries (email, live chat, social media)
- Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions
- Manage order tracking, returns and exchanges
- Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to resolve issues
- Maintain and update the FAQ and knowledge base
- Improve customer experience through proactive solutions
- Analyse customer feedback and suggest service improvements
Required Profile
- Previous experience in customer service (e-commerce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong sense of empathy, diplomacy and patience
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Fluent written English (perfect spelling required)
- French language skills are a plus
- Independent, proactive and problem-solving mindset

Community Manager
Location: Remote (UK/International)
Contract: Full-time – Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook…)
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, visuals, short videos…)
- Interact with our community and respond to messages & comments
- Develop brand awareness and engagement strategies
- Work on influencer partnerships and digital campaigns
- Track content performance and optimise strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry and social media trends
- Manage online reputation and reviews
Required Profile
- Proven experience in community management (ideally in e-commerce)
- Strong writing and creative skills
- Proficient with graphic/video tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut…)
- Knowledge of social media algorithms & trends
- Proactive, organised, self-driven, and creative
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
